The Situation
AND offers a range of learning options including webinars, online learning modules (e-learns) and face to face training. As the organisation continues to grow, AND recognised the need for a more robust and flexible online learning platform that would be easy to scale, help keep costs sustainable and provide members with a blended learning solution.
The Solution
The first priority was for Learnt to redesign the existing online learning module, Disability Confident Recruiter, into a more interactive and engaging piece of online courseware.
This module forms part of Disability Confident Recruiter program that provides the tools and resources to build the skills to enable recruitment consultants to confidently recruit talent from diverse groups, including people with disability.
Learnt restructured the course into three separate e-learns and transitioned the assessments into separate quizzes that would be randomly generated and delivered via the quiz engine on the new digital platform.
Learning & Communications Platform
Learnt designed and deployed the AND Learning and Communications Platform to provide all members access to online learning and resources.
For AND the platform provides a user friendly and engaging environment where relationship managers can interact with members to deliver and measure the outcomes of online learning, assessment, communications and learning support materials.
Based on the WCAG 2.0* accessibility standards, both the platform and e-learns are built to an A level standard.
